We as Manufacturer

Zhongshan Hydi Arrow Lock Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 and occupies a plant area of over 21,000 square meters. With approximately 320 employees, we are a professional lock factory that integrates production, research, development, and sales. “Survival by quality, development by reputation” is our corporate culture.

Our main products include a range of door lock hardware such as knob locks, lever locks, handlesets, crystal locks, and electronic deadbolt locks. We primarily export these products to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Over the years, we have established long-term partnerships with many of the world’s top 500 building materials and hardware retailers, including Lowe’s in Canada, The Home Depot in Mexico, Taymor in Canada, and Walmart in the United States.

We continuously adopt intelligent manufacturing technologies and invest in automated equipment to enhance production efficiency. Our commitment is to help both homeowners and professionals improve their homes and businesses.

Equipments

Die casting:
we operate 10 die casting machines ranging from 88t to 300t supporting both zinc and aluminum production

Stamping:
we utilize up to 100 punching machines to handle diverse metal stamping requirements

Injection molding:
we operate 3 abs injection machines for precise plastic component production

Polishing:
we employ 22 environmentally friendly polishing machines and 4 automatic polishing machines for high quality surface finishes

Tooling:
we offer in house tooling capabilities including zinc and aluminum die casting steel punching and abs injection mold development

Assembly:
we run dedicated assembly lines for cylinders latches and various lock components as well as multiple semi finished and finished auto assembly lines
